    A notable non-profit located downtown is looking to add a Service Desk Manager to their growing company.

    This company has been providing humanitarian aid around the world for the last 75 years.

    It’s a Windows Environment. They’re looking for someone with ITIL knowledge. There would be two other service desk engineers reporting to you.

    This is a full-time direct hire position that can pay up to 120k

     

    Requirements:

    • 2+ Years of management experience
    • 4+ years in a service desk, support desk, or help desk role
    • Familiar with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)

    Pluses:

    • Certified in ITIL
