About:

We are working with a law firm who has been offering their expertise to their clients with diverse litigation and transactional cases for the past 35 years. They are now looking to grow their team and bring on an associate with civil litigation experience. 

Requirements:

• Admission to California State Bar
• 5+ years of experience working on the defense of general liability matters and asbestos matters
• Extensive experience with conducting discovery and depositions, drafting and presenting motions, and trial preparation.
• Trial or arbitration experience is a plus

Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 + bonuses
