  • Responsibilities

    A growing SaaS product company that utilizes AI for optimizing network planning for telecom companies is hiring for a full-time Technical Customer Success Manager to join their team. This is a key hire that will liaise between client end users and an internal software engineering team to triage, diagnose, and report on key technical issues.

    Required: 

    • 3+ years of experience working in customer success or as a technical business analyst in a customer facing manner on a data heavy complex software application
    • Ability to think critically and communicate effectively across multiple disciplines, including financial analysis, software engineering, and geospatial data

    Bonus skills: 

    • Knowledge of Telecom and Fiber networks
    • Understanding of GIS, specifically PostGIS (geospatial data sets, mapping, or imaging)
    • Familiarity with SQL and an aptitude for picking up new technical skills
