A manufacturing company in Elgin, IL is looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing production data, performing root cause analyses, and design improvement plans (ideally utilizing Kaizen)

Location: Elgin, IL (on-site)

Salary: Up to 80K DOE

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience with Kaizen
• An understanding of or familiarity with Lean Transformation
• Experience in the manufacturing industry (appliance, automotive, aerospace, etc)
