A well-established property management firm located in downtown Houston, managing a diverse portfolio of properties is seeking a detail-oriented Property Accountant to join their team. Some of your responsibilities will include processing accounts payable and receivable, performing monthly bank reconciliations, and maintaining accurate property accounting records.

This is a full-time, direct-hire position that can pay up to 85k+ bonus depending on experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in property accounting (preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Yardi experience a plus)
