Ideal Skillset:

• 5+ years of experience leading Marketing Departments
• Wide range of marketing experience including working across digital, web, and social media
• Strong data background, making informed decisions based on metrics and analysis
• Good overall creative design skills
• Experience managing both in-house / full-time staff, along with freelancers
• Familiar with various marketing platforms and 3rd party marketing automation software
