A budding startup that provides AI powered mapping solutions is hiring for a full-time Software Engineer in Cloud Infrastructure to join their growing team in Somerville, MA. This is a key hire that will utilize tools such as Python, K8s, and GitHub Actions to help automate and scale out their entire AWS cloud infrastructure. If you have a hybrid skill set in both Python backend engineering and DevOps, then this could be the ideal fit for you. 

Required: 

• 3+ years of professional experience using Python for programming or IaC (Terraform) as a Software Engineer, Cloud Engineer or similar discipline 
• Strong understanding of clustering and containerization technologies such as K8s or Docker
• Experience maintaining or building out CI/CD pipelines with relevant tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD or similar 
• Prior experience working with in a live AWS production environment (CDK, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, EKS etc.)

Bonus skills:

• Entrepreneurial mindset and prior experience or desire to work within a startup environment 
• Experience in backend programming utilizing Python and relevant frameworks such as (Fast API, Django, or Flask)
