You'll have an opportunity to spearhead strategy and help empower the engineering team to perform at a high level.

*This role is fully remote during COVID*

Desired Skills include:

• 7+ years of prior software engineering experience
• 5+ years of previous experience managing and leading backend / infrastructure engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills

Salary Range: $200,000 to $250,000 (maybe more depending on exp) + stock options

Pluses

• Experience building out backend applications with Node.js
• Experience leading and managing full stack and frontend teams.
