    About the Company:

    A one of a kind company focused in the entertainment industry that has been around for 20+ years is seeking a Director of Customer Success to be the driving force in developing strong customer relationships. You will also be both leading and managing a team of customer support representatives. This is a Full-Time position that will be hybrid (3 days on site).

    Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 (DOE) + potential 20% bonus

    Requirements:

    • Experience directly interacting with customers
    • Experience in creating customer success processes, strategies, and systems
    • Experience with help desk and ticketing software (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.)
    • Ability to handle higher priority customer requests and escalations
    • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, is an absolute must

    Pluses:

    • Any experience or interest in artificial intelligence (AI)
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to provide solutions for complex problems
