Healthcare management provider is looking for a Healthcare Finance Data Analyst for their growing financial analysis and cost reimbursement team. In this role you'll be responsible for working with Excel, Access, and SQL to pull data, build and manipulate scripts, and create reports to help users identify and understand trends. You will be drilling into data to find overpayments, leakage, and issues in reconciliation that will have an immediate savings impact on the organization.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of data analysis experience
• SQL
• Excel and/or Access
• Healthcare industry experience, or a background with finance or accounting (AP, AR, GL, Reconciliation, Debits, Credits, etc.)

Pluses

• SSRS, Crystal Reports, Tableau, or any other reporting or data visualization tool
• Finance, contract management, insurance domain experience
• Work with SAGE or similar ERP systems
