ENGINEERING MANAGER, FRONTEND / DIRECTOR WEB APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT

Well-known company in the personal care space is hiring for an Engineering Manager, Frontend. They're seeking an experienced engineering leader to head up the Frontend Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be able to tackle a multitude of engineering challenges, ranging from both functional and technical duties. You'll be responsible for building out and leading an engaged team of high performing engineers using the latest in frontend web technologies.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's Degree (ideally in Computer Science) or equivalent work experience / education

-5+ years of software / frontend development experience, with at least 2 years leading technical teams

-Hands on experience working with Angular or React, with a core understanding of JavaScript

-Experience building scalable Frontend web products using the latest in SPA technologies

-Proven experience creating pixel perfect user interfaces with HTML and CSS

Compensation / Perks:

-Salaries ranging from $170K - $180K, + meaningful stock option packages
