A well-known Educational and Research Institution is seeking a Director of Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join their team. This role will involve overseeing IAM infrastructure to ensure secure and efficient access to IT resources and systems. 

Term: Full Time/Direct Hire

Location: Los Angeles (open to remote work, but must be onsite at least once per quarter)

Desired Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT, or computer science
• 5+ years of leadership or management experience
• Experience solving complex technical issues within set timelines and budgets
• Deep knowledge of IAM technologies, as well as directory services, SSO, MFA, and access management experience
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to discuss highly complex topics with technical and non-technical leaders
