As the Controller, you will play a primary role in overseeing the accounting and finance operations of a diverse portfolio. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will work with minimal supervision and possess strong leadership qualities.

Responsibilities:

•Lead 3 teams of 4 accounting professionals ensuring the successful and accurate completion on month-end close and general accounting responsibilities
•Craft financial statements, ensuring clarity and accuracy for a select group of clients
•Collaborate closely with auditors to guarantee timely completion of audited financial statements and tax returns
•Manage all banking activities, ensuring smooth financial operations
•Analyze annual budgets, providing insights that fuel informed decision-making
•Provide support to the CFO, tackling challenges and contributing to the overall financial well-being of the company

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's in Accounting
•5 years of experience crafting financial statements
•1+ years of experience supervising and mentoring accounting teams
•Knowledge of relevant regulations and procedures
•Adept at ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll
