Extremely stable and growing Healthcare organization is looking for a full-time Manager or Director of Contracting to join their team. In this role you’ll be working with external vendors, existing and on-boarding providers, and internal staff to create, manage, and be a SME for contracts across the enterprise. You will participate in negotiation and overseeing/mentoring two contract specialists while overseeing daily operations within the department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or 5+ years professional experience in contracting.
• Strong communication skills
• Cross departmental coordination
• Prior Healthcare industry experience
• Provider relationship or customer relationship management

Pluses:

• Knowledge of HIPAA, AB1455, NextGen, NurseCo,, Televox, or any other healthcare standards/software

Salary: 70-117k DOE
