    Customer Success Manager / Enterprise Account Manager

    Company: SaaS leader that provides cloud-based technology solutions for enterprise businesses is hiring for a Customer Success Manager. The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a small but growing Customer Success team, and have extensive Salesforce experience. As a result of COVID-19, this company has taken on new customers to help remote employees be successful. They are able to interview and onboard remotely, but this position will eventually be working out of their HQ.

    Location: Encino, CA

    Skillset:

    • 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing customer success, account management, or strategic consulting department
    • Strong interpersonal skills with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
    • Must have experience working for a technology organization, software product, or SaaS company
    • Must have solid Salesforce knowledge – ideally specializing in Salesforce Implementations, Data Migrations, Reporting, and Development

    Compensation / Perks:

    • Total OTE - $130K
