This innovative biotech company located in the Waltham area is hiring for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their software and computational biology team. This company is a pioneer in genome-scale drug discovery and their work accelerates research for the design of novel drugs. You'll be working full stack to help develop their core informatics system using React, Python, Flask, PostgreSQL and AWS just to name a few tools. This is a great opportunity if you're looking to leverage your full stack software engineering skillset to make a difference in fields of medicine like oncology.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional experience as a software engineer
• Experience building APIs with Python (Flask or Django framework)
• Working knowledge of front end development with JavaScript (preferably with React, Vue or Angular)
• Experience with a relational database like PostgreSQL, MySQL or similar
  

Pluses:

• Experience with Celery or RabbitMQ
• Domain experience with genomics or bioinformatics
• Knowledge in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and modern CI methodologies
• Experience with AWS cloud services
