The role is fully remote and will be a key hire in working alongside the VP of Engineering to overhaul their existing monolithic software application. Required:

• 3+ years of experience architecting or designing cloud based web applications
• 10+ years of experience developing enterprise or client-facing software using Java
• In depth knowledge of Kotlin, Spring Boot or Spring Framework for building Java applications
• Exposure to AWS services (Lambda, EC2, S3, CloudFront and more)

Plus:

• Experience with software architecture and design (Microservices & REST API development)
• Exposure to ReactJS for frontend JavaScript development
• Experience or interest in working within a fast-paced startup environment
