We are working with one of the stand-out SaaS based companies in Southern California. Their software is being used by multiple fortune 500 companies and continues to grow. They are currently looking to add a Director of Software Engineering to their growing development team! The ideal candidate will still be hands on in development and enjoy mentoring developers!

Salary: $140,000 to $150,000

Desired Skills:

• 3+ years managing or supervising a team of developers in an agile environment (.NET strongly preferred)
• Must be open to still being hands on. This role will be 60% code and 40% management
• Four-year college degree strongly preferred
• Role is currently100% remote during Covid - but eventually would need someone to come on-site once Covid restrictions are 100% removed

Pluses: .NET Core is a huge plus, SQL, or any .NET Frameworks. Other pluses include experience with AWS or Docker.
