Manager of Solutions Engineering / Solutions Architecture

About the Company: Enterprise CRM SaaS company with thousands of customers across the US is hiring for a Manager of Solutions Engineering. This company is in a high-growth mode so we’re looking for motivated individuals willing to wear multiple hats in order to help take things to the next level. You’ll have the opportunity to design and implement best practices across the full solutions life-cycle, which includes pre-sales, demo engineering, post sales, implementation, and client adoption.

Location: Cleveland, OH (mostly remote – post pandemic)

Salary: $160K - $175K, doe + excellent benefits

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of professional software development experience, with 3+ years in a managerial / leadership capacity
• 3+ years of experience in customer consulting / solutions-engineering in a pre-sales and post-sales (implementation) capacity
• Must have a background in Microsoft .NET development and be able to code as needed (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, TypeScript)
• Experience working for a SaaS company, ideally B2B or CRM related.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
