About the Company:

A one of a kind fintech company that has grown 400% in the last 12 months is seeking a VP of Software Engineering to manage and lead a team of engineers while working on a variety of robust projects. This is a full-time, direct hire position.

Salary: $175,000 - $225,000 (DOE)

Requirements:

• Experience using Python and Django
• Experience using JavaScript (React preferred) 
• Experience leading, managing, and mentoring teams of engineers
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, is an absolute must

Pluses:

• Any experience or interest with MongoDB
• Any experience or interest in cloud (AWS preferred)
• Any experience or interest in API's
• Any experience or interest in banking/payment processing
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and a high attention to detail with regards to documentation
