We work with awesome local companies who are pushing the envelope in the tech space and specialize in placing exceptional software developers who are actively or passively searching for the next step in their careers! To meet the growing market demand, we are looking for an energetic and sharp individual to join our team!

    We are looking for an experienced Recruiter who is passionate and enthusiastic about the staffing world. Someone who is in-tune with the latest staffing trends and has a hunter attitude. Ideally, you have a strong understanding about the staffing industry and recruiting experience.

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Identify top talent by recruiting active and passive candidates, matching them to specific job opportunities, all the while maintaining a smooth and positive candidate experience.
    • Strong knowledge in all sourcing methods (Boolean logic) to identify top talent, including using cold calling and internet recruiting.
    • Strong coordination skills required to be able to schedule and coordinate all candidate interviews with hiring managers, including prepping, briefing, and debriefing candidates before and after interviews.
    • Ability to assess client company position requirements, and appropriately match permanent and/or temporary candidates to meet client needs and expectations
    • Writing and managing job advertisements

    What We’re Looking For :

    • 6+ months of Full Cycle recruiting experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including, interviewing and influencing
    • Job board experience (LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Dice, etc.)
    • Internet search experience (Boolean logic)
    • Communicating in a team structure and fast-paced environment
    • Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
    • ATS Experience
    • Passion for recruiting!
