Director / VP of Engineering (Title flexible DOE)

Company: Mission driven mental health platform. Over 1 billion in valuation with recent large funding.

Salary: Up to 250K + aggressive options

Core Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Head of Product and CTO on the engineering roadmap.
• Lead the strategic engineering efforts to deliver consumer facing features.
• Scale and manage the department.

Qualifications:

• Strong professional experience growing and managing a rapidly scaling development department. Must have experience managing a department of at least 30 staff with managers.
• Previous hands-on development and software architecture experience within a SOA model. (No coding requirements but must be able to command the department)
• Experience delivering B2C, B2B and mobile platforms preferred.
• Experience in software process development, performance management, and culture curation.
• Previous experience or knowledge of TypeScript, Node.JS, React, React Native, Java or Python is preferred.
