This revenue positive, mission oriented SaaS startup is leveraging ML and AI to make talent engagement more accessible. They're hiring a Senior Software Engineer who will be building out new features using Python, Flask, PostgreSQL, React and deploying to AWS. You'll be joining an engineering team of 6 and working under one of the best engineering manager's we've met! 

This is a full time, direct hire position. This is a hybrid role 2 days a week in Downtown Boston.

• 8+ years of software development experience
• Fluent in Python API development (Django/Flask)
• Experience with React.js

• Experience building with AWS (ECS, RDS, API Gateway, Fargate, Lambda)
• Exposure to machine learning technology
• Exposure to SaaS and/or startup environments
