The Opportunity: Impact Without the Burnout You’ve spent your career navigating complex financial waters, building enterprises, and mastering the art of the P&L. Now, you’re looking for a way to keep your mind sharp and your expertise valued—without the daily corporate grind.

We are a growing, EOS-driven home care organization dedicated to providing exceptional care in our community. We don’t need a bookkeeper; we need a Strategic Financial Leader. We are seeking someone who enjoys the "puzzle" of gross margins and the discipline of forecasting to join our leadership team as a trusted advisor to our President.

Location: Remote / Hybrid (Your Choice) Commitment: Part-Time / Flexible Hours (10 Weekly)

    Why This Role is Different

True Autonomy: You set your schedule. We value results and wisdom.

Mission-Driven Work: Every percentage point you save in margin erosion directly supports our ability to provide better care for our clients and caregivers.

Strategic Seat: You will own the financial modeling and long-range planning that dictates our growth, serving as a key member of our Leadership Team.

No "Tactical" Noise: Your goal is to remove the President from the day-to-day tactical finance so they can focus on the vision.

    What You’ll Do

Guard the Margin: Monitor caregiver pay-to-bill ratios and identify margin leakage before it becomes a problem.

Forecast the Future: Maintain a rolling 6-12 month cash forecast and model the financial impact of hiring and expansion.

Lead the Scorecard: Present financial clarity during our weekly Level 10 meetings, identifying and solving issues without defensiveness.

Ensure Discipline: Oversee budget-to-actual variance and ensure our financial systems are scalable and audit-ready.

Advise & Educate: Elevate the financial literacy of our leadership team, translating operational decisions into clear financial impacts.

    The Ideal Profile

Seasoned Expertise: You have a deep background in GAAP and enterprise-level financial modeling.

The "CFO Mindset": You are a data-first decision-maker who takes ownership.

EOS Familiarity: Experience with the Entrepreneurial Operating System is a plus, while a disciplined, structured thinking style is a must.

High Ethics: You possess a strong ethical compass and a direct, drama-free communication style.

Systems Architect: You find satisfaction in building scalable financial systems and documenting SOPs that allow the organization to grow without overwhelm.

The Gift of Clarity: You can take complex GAAP concepts and "level them up" so the rest of the leadership team gains a higher level of financial literacy.

    Compensation & Perks

    Competitive Part-Time Compensation

Performance Bonuses: Tied to Gross Margin, Net Profit, and DSO targets.

Flexibility 10 Hours Weekly: Control over your schedule—perfect for the professional seeking a rewarding "second act."

Flexible work from home options available.
