    Are you looking for a part-time role that will provide you with the opportunity to work with a great organization, support work/mission that is making a community impact and a role that offers a flexible schedule? Our team is looking for a Program Supply Coordinator (Wonder Kits Program Associate). to support with organization and coordination of program supply kits for youth education programming. The ideal team member will be very detailed oriented, organized and able to work independently.This roles primary responsibility is to execute the preparation of Wonder Kits materials. Wonder Kits are Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math curriculum, which are loaned to Dallas Afterschool partners programs and sold nationally. The associate will also support in maintaining the organization of supplies and inventory. This team member will work part time to prepare kits for partner afterschool sites, maintain printed, prepare supplies, and ensure that the Wonder Kits team has resources for facilitations and trainings.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare materials (counting, measuring, cutting, and sorting)

    • Pack Wonder Kits for internal check out to partner afterschool programs

    • Record check outs to partner programs in data base system

    • Print Wonder Kits activity plans, flashcards, and students’ handouts

    • Prepare materials for Wonder Kits trainings and facilitations

    • Pack Wonder Kits orders for customers

    • Inventory monitoring and tracking

    • Monitoring and maintain organizations among Wonder Kit supplies in facilityRequired Qualifications:

    • Introductory math and analytical skills

    • Task oriented and strong organizational skills

    • Ability to work independently

    • Clear written and verbal communication skills

    • Must be able to frequently lift 25 pounds

    • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Passion for the importance of quality afterschool and summer programs

    • Energetic team player

    • Warm personality, sense of humor, and willingness to learn

    • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
