We’re looking for a Strategic Growth Executive to help lead that next stage of growth.
Position Overview This is a senior-level leadership role working directly with the owner. You will not be responsible for managing day-to-day operations. Instead, your focus will be on strategy, business development, and positioning the company for expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Build and execute strategic growth plans
Develop KPIs and reporting frameworks for all departments
Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
Prepare the business for M&A opportunities or investment
Cultivate relationships with insurance TPAs and managed repair programs
Pursue and manage government contract opportunities
Represent the company at high-level meetings and industry events
Act as a coach and advisor to the leadership team
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
Executive experience in restoration, insurance, or construction
Familiarity with TPAs, vendor networks, and managed repair programs
Experience with government contracts and RFP processes
Proven ability to scale companies and build cross-functional teams
Strong financial and operational acumen
M&A experience or exposure to private equity partnerships
Retired insurance executives encouraged to apply
