Qualifications  
- At least 5 years of experience in a comparable HR role, ideally in a manufacturing environment. Experience in medical devices will be preferred.
 
- Experience in having led a transformation (or at least project / change management experience) within a modern HR organization, in an international environment
 
- Thorough knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety and labor relations
 
- Understands different cultures and can effectively act in a multi-cultural environment
 
- Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills and a structured and proactive working attitude, strong work ethic
 
- Ability to form strong professional relationships and build trust on all levels
 
- Can-do attitude, proactive mindset, ability to cope with ambiguity
 
- Strong communication skills in English – written and verbal
