The right person will have in-depth knowledge and practical ability to run wire in new/existing construction - be able to troubleshoot existing burglar alarm system, install and program new systems, generate sales quotes and interact with customers effectively.

Other plus's are: In depth knowledge of DSC security sytems, including NEO and Power Series. Ability to work alone or as a team, being humble and ensuring one's work is sound. Being neat, clean and courteous.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Pull and terminate cables

Rough-in and finish work

Installation and maintenance of other electronic equipment

Custom Installation of various hardware in finished and unfinished residential/ commercial (interior and exterior)

Install, configure, and test various surveillance hardware, smart-home gadgets, cabling etc

Maintain cleanliness and safety at all times

Able to take direction and use cognitive thinking in order to complete complex installations solo or as a team

Other related duties as assigned by Site Lead or Superintendent

Must be good at solving and complex installation configurations on the fly

Minimum Requirements:

DSC Security Systems install and programming experience

Must have clean driving record

Prior construction experience - knowing your way around a construction site/ home etc

Prior experience running and terminating RJ45, Coax and RJ-11

Ability to follow instruction

Excellent communication skills; strong customer service skills

Must be able to lift 50 pounds; must be able to bend, stoop, reach, climb.
