    • They are seeking a Strategic Market Development Manager with a proven track record in marketing sophisticated technical products to critical infrastructure and large-scale mechanical projects. The Strategic Market Development Manager will focus on identifying and cultivating strategic opportunities in new market sectors where the company’s filtration solutions can deliver meaningful operational advantages. The ideal candidate will bring strong relationships with mechanical contractors, engineering, procurement, and construction firms, as well as clients operating in high-pressure environments, and possess experience selling customized solutions that require technical consultation and precise specifications.

    Responsibilities:

    • Utilize established connections with mechanical contractors, EPC organizations, and design-build firms involved in critical mission projects.
    • Identify and rank key influencers and decision-makers within targeted companies and projects.
    • Navigate intricate organizational frameworks to connect with relevant stakeholders in large-scale initiatives.
    • Discover upcoming projects through EPC networks, mechanical contractor channels, and industry insights.
    • Introduce our filtration solutions at the initial stages of the design and specification process for mission-critical projects.
    • Participate in industry conferences, trade exhibitions, and networking events to broaden professional connections.
    • Conduct exploratory sessions with focused accounts to grasp operational hurdles, project needs, and decision-making pathways.
    • Collect and record customer insights, market trends, and competitive data to guide product strategy.
    • Identify new applications and market sectors where our filtration technology can deliver a competitive edge.
    • Partner with the product management team to determine the priority of features and capabilities based on market insights.
    • Establish and uphold a solid pipeline of qualified prospects.
    • Monitor project timelines, budget cycles, and significant milestones for key accounts.
    • Collaborate with the internal technical team to ensure effective positioning and proposal creation.
    • Provide precise forecasting and valuable market insights.

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience in sales with established connections among mechanical contractors, engineering firms, and critical end-users.
    • A demonstrated ability to create opportunities and engage with decision-makers in intricate B2B landscapes.
