We partner with Admin316, financial advisors, and recordkeepers to provide best-in-class fiduciary coverage and retirement plan solutions.

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a Strategic Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This is a client-facing role that focuses on direct outreach to prospective clients and supporting our advisor partners with marketing and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be confident, proactive, and skilled at building professional relationships over the phone and through email, while also assisting with proposal preparation and follow-up.

    This role is an excellent opportunity for an individual with marketing and client engagement experience who is comfortable with outbound communication and interested in the retirement plan/financial services industry.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing 3(16) Growth Partners and scheduling meetings for follow-up discussions.

    • Draft and send personalized emails to prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups and professional communication.

    • Collaborate with advisor partners to provide updates on prospective accounts, progress, and next steps.

    • Assist in the creation of plan reviews, cost comparisons, benchmarking reports, and proposal materials.

    • Track all outreach, communications, and prospect activity in CRM systems (GoHighLevel or equivalent).

    • Support marketing campaigns, including email sequences, webinar invites, and follow-up initiatives.

    • Provide administrative support in preparing presentation decks, proposals, and marketing packets for advisor and client meetings.

    • Research industry trends, target companies, and competitor offerings to help identify new opportunities.

    • Participate in weekly team check-ins and strategy sessions, contributing ideas for outreach and engagement.

    • Maintain a strong understanding of our services, fiduciary roles, and retirement plan structures in order to effectively communicate value to prospects.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).

    • 2+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or client engagement (retirement plan or financial services industry strongly preferred).

    • Comfortable with cold calling and speaking directly with executives, plan sponsors, and business owners.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft professional client emails.

    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prospects at different stages of the pipeline.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

    • Familiarity with retirement plans (401(k), 403(b), profit sharing, etc.) and basic fiduciary concepts is strongly preferred.

    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
