Job Description
CRB is seeking a Strategic Marketing Manager to lead long-term marketing efforts for one or more segments and/or services including architecture, engineering and construction. This role is part of the corporate marketing team and plays a critical role in driving demand, generating leads, and supporting the full opportunity lifecycle—from strategic planning through content creation and campaign execution.
The Strategic Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing segment-specific marketing strategies, building CRB’s brand, and producing thought leadership in collaboration with subject matter experts. This role works closely with CRB’s technical Subject Matter Experts, Account Management, Project Management, Executive Leadership, Strategic Communications, Sales Services, and our Trade Show and Conference Manager to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
This position requires a proactive, results-driven marketer with strong collaboration skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives on tight timelines while meeting budget and quality expectations.
This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to influence CRB’s position in the life sciences and food & beverage markets.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in related industries such as engineering, construction, architecture, or other professional services
Familiarity with life sciences manufacturing and/or food and beverage industries is a strong plus
Proficiency with HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and tools related to marketing automation, event management, web content management, SEO, and marketing analytics
Partner with the Sales Services Team to deliver high-impact, end-to-end marketing materials across all areas of responsibility.
