Position Summary:
The Strategic Mentor plays a pivotal role in ensuring member success, retention, and long-term loyalty. This role embodies The PRAXIS S-10 Way is the Jimmy Hiller Way, a relentless commitment to helping members win in business and life. Strategic Mentors exist to add value to members, strengthen relationships, and ensure every contractor achieves maximum success. The Strategic Mentor will leverage their expertise in strategic planning, leadership development, and problem-solving to provide personalized mentoring and support. Their responsibilities will include assessing clients’ strengths and challenges, facilitating strategic planning sessions, and creating tailored actionable plans to enhance performance. They will also foster a collaborative learning environment, encouraging critical thinking and resilience.
Position Responsibilities:
Ensure members achieve their desired level of success through PRAXIS S-10 systems, tools, and mentoring.
Drive initiatives that foster long-term loyalty and weekly membership dues continuity.

Build strong, trusting relationships with member business owners and leadership teams.
Serve as a mentor, guide, and accountability partner to help members implement solutions.
Provide honest feedback while inspiring, motivating, and empowering members.
Act as the voice of the member inside PRAXIS S-10, ensuring feedback and needs are heard.
Operate in alignment with the Chief Elevation Officer and broader organizational strategy.
Contribute to a culture of discipline, positivity, and excellence.
Model “maximum yield” behavior, demonstrating personal accountability and passion for member success.
Support PRAXIS S-10’s mission: Create the World’s Most Successful Contractors.
Present Maximum Yield Lessons at Launch and Leadership Development programs.
Facilitate business planning, skills assessments, and strategic sessions with members.
Review and analyze member financial statements, offering actionable insights.
Help members set clear, measurable goals and track KPIs to ensure progress.
Promote utilization of PRAXIS S-10 Strategic Partner products and services that drive member success.
Develop skill development materials, including presentations, manuals, and multimedia content to enhance clients’ learning experience
Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Experience and Knowledge Required
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Three years experience in a client support role.
Experience working with business owners.
Experience in the HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical trades is a plus.
Must have excellent communication skills (both verbally and in writing).
Must be proficient with standard PC-based programs (MS Office).
Must be an initiative-taking, self-starting, personable individual.
Must be detail oriented and well organized.
