If you are a bold, resourceful person who can influence people to make decisions, then we want you to be our Contract Negotiator. You will negotiate and finalize the purchasing of our company's real estate investments using your over-the-phone sales skills.  Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls live • Outbound cold-calling • Build rapport over the phone • Rapidly respond to online leads (FB messages and comments, SEO, FB, PPC) • Document all interactions within the company system and calendars for team communication • Negotiate contracts Qualifications: • Strong phone skills • Dedication to training and personal growth • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Ability to use or quickly learn lead management technologies Compensation: $15 - $17 an hour + commission
