    The Opportunity
    We're looking for a Strategist to join our growing Strategy team. This is a role for someone who is very culturally tapped in, who is both creative and analytical, who gets genuinely excited by the intersection of culture, brands, and creators, and who thrives in an environment that's changing fast.

    You'll work across a portfolio of clients spanning fashion, CPG, retail and more, with real opportunity to learn, deepen relationships on existing accounts, and help shape the direction of the work. You'll contribute to new business efforts, collaborate cross-functionally, and serve as a trusted voice on the influencer landscape for teammates and clients alike.

    You'll report to a Director of Strategy, work closely with the strategy team, have real ownership over your work and clear support when you need it.     What You'll Do

    • Develop influencer strategies for a range of brands across existing accounts and new business pitches, from campaign concepting to creator recommendations to measurement frameworks, primarily on standard to moderate complexity projects
    • Support the growth of existing accounts in fashion, travel, CPG, retail, and adjacent categories, helping clients see Fohr as a true strategic partner, not just a vendor
    • Tell compelling stories, whether it's a one-pager or a 30-slide deck, you'll take briefing inputs, find the right data, and translate them into clear, resonant recommendations that land
    • Present work with confidence in both internal and client-facing settings, owning defined components of presentations and making it feel like a conversation, not a performance
    • Stay ahead of the curve on platforms, creators, and cultural shifts, from TikTok and Instagram to whatever's next, and bring that intelligence back to your team and clients
    • Bring ideas and observations back to the team, we're growing, insights are often mined together, and we want to hear what you're noticing

    Who You Are

    • A crystal clear thinker with a deep working knowledge of the marketing landscape and a genuine love of brands
    • A concise and persuasive communicator who can write well, present confidently, and distill complex ideas into simple ones
    • A strong eye for visuals and brand identity
    • Deeply curious. You read things nobody assigned you, you notice things others miss, and you have opinions about why things, people and culture work
    • Highly collaborative, but willing to give an autonomous first pass as needed
    • Adaptable by nature, energized rather than unsettled when things shift, and good at making smart calls with imperfect information
    • Plugged into culture: you know the creators, the platforms, the moments, and the context that most marketers are still catching up to
    • Someone who wants to grow, building toward consistent, reliable ownership of increasingly complex work, stronger client relationships, and a sharper strategic POV, and wants to do it somewhere that will invest in that

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience in brand identity, social media strategy, influencer marketing, or a related field at an agency or platform
    • Emerging understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, key metrics, best practices, and emerging trends
    • Experience using data to shape strategy and evaluate performance
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfort building and presenting polished decks
    • Familiarity with the major platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and genuine interest in what comes next

    • Competitive salary: $75,000–$95,000 depending on experience
