Required Skills
What you will do:
- Project/Program Management & Execution Excellence: Own and lead key enterprise transformation initiatives, ensuring timely, effective, and high-quality execution. Develop and manage robust project plans defining clear milestones and performance metrics to track progress and impact. Utilize proven project management methodologies to lead complex process improvement initiatives from conception to completion. Drive accountability across all contributing teams, ensuring the successful and sustainable implementation of process changes throughout the organization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Alignment: Drive alignment across enterprise divisions (e.g., operations, sales, finance), ensuring process improvements directly support broader business goals. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, actively promoting cross-team collaboration to accelerate change adoption. Serve as a critical liaison between operational teams and executive leadership, effectively translating strategic objectives into actionable initiatives. Champion and orchestrate organizational change, ensuring smooth transitions and lasting positive impact across the enterprise.
- Strategic Process Excellence & Innovation: Champion customer needs, translating their challenges into actionable business solutions that drive improved outcomes. Analyze enterprise processes to identify key opportunities for improved outcomes, efficiency, and effectiveness. Integrate best practices, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions to enhance operational execution. Champion customer needs, translating challenges into actionable business solutions. Develop data-driven recommendations and business cases for process enhancements and automation. Assess and articulate the customer, operational, and financial impact of proposed transformations. Collaborate strategically with core teams to evaluate risks and benefits. Lead recommendations that shape enterprise strategy and drive operational improvements. Communicate clearly to influence organizational mindset toward proactive, data-informed, and customer-first approaches. Drive a culture of innovation through experimentation and continuous learning, while benchmarking performance.
Required Experience
What you will need (minimum qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree and
- A minimum of four (4) years of professional experience focused on leading complex projects, managing business transformation, and driving large-scale change initiatives.
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams to achieve defined project milestones and organizational objectives.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing significant change initiatives and successfully driving enterprise adoption.
Job Location: This position may require occasional presence in the Helena, MT office.
Compensation and Benefits: Pay range MGR. Starting salary for this exempt position begins at $96,800 - $121,000. The maximum of this range is $145,200.
