    B2B Enterprise Fintech | Deal Strategy & Execution

    Our client, a fast-growing B2B enterprise fintech startup, is hiring a Strategy & Operations Associate to play a critical role in driving complex enterprise deals from late-stage evaluation through close.

    This is a high-impact, non-quota role for a former consultant who wants to stay close to revenue while operating as a strategic partner to sales. You'll sit at the center of high-value deals—owning problem-solving, shaping narratives, and ensuring execution at every stage.

    What You'll Own

    Drive Enterprise Deals to Close
    Program manage late-stage deals from post-pilot through close—ensuring alignment, momentum, and clear next steps across stakeholders.

    Build Strategic Narratives & Materials
    Develop executive-ready decks, solution frameworks, and tailored collateral that clearly communicate value and accelerate decision-making.

    Partner Closely with Sales & Leadership
    Act as a strategic thought partner to sales, working cross-functionally to gather inputs, refine positioning, and unblock deal friction.

    Engage Directly with Clients
    Join customer calls, support key conversations, and help run QBRs—bringing structured thinking and clarity to complex discussions.

    Leverage Data to Drive Decisions
    Use data and analytical rigor to diagnose challenges, validate approaches, and guide deals toward successful outcomes.

    What They're Looking For

    • 4–7 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company) — required
    • Strong track record of performance with exposure to client-facing, complex problem-solving environments
    • Exceptional ability to create clear, compelling, executive-level presentations
    • Highly analytical with comfort working with data; familiarity with SQL or coding is a plus
    • Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset (side projects, founding experience, or independent initiatives)
    • Strong critical thinking skills—able to form opinions, navigate ambiguity, and ask high-quality questions
    • Polished communication skills with confidence in client-facing environments
    • Interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance problem-solving and execution
