    The Senior Solutions Integrator will have overall responsibility for the system infrastructure and design, as well as operations and maintenance. This individual shall plan, research, and continually evaluate tools and architecture applying engineering, hardware and software design theories, principles, and experience to maintaining and continually enhancing IT systems, interfaces, and data warehouses. This resource will also guide the infrastructure team on system monitoring, performance, reporting, and logs analysis to maintain efficient interface operation and component integration.

    • Currently possess a DHS ICE Public Trust clearance is a major plus; or at least capable of obtaining a DHS ICE Public Trust clearance.

    Required Skills/Experience:


    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related fields. Preferred a Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related fields.
    • Five (5) or more years of relevant experience working in a US Government environment. Preferred experience of five (5) or more years in a Federal Law Enforcement environment to include demonstrated experience with case management and system architecture.
    • Currently possess a DHS ICE Public Trust clearance is a major plus; or eligible and capable of obtaining a DHS ICE Public Trust clearance.


    Ten (10) or more years of relevant experience in an Enterprise IT environment leading major systems development and integration efforts across mixed platforms.


    The Senior Solutions Integrator is expected to be an expert in the following topics:

    • Influence and lead overall solution architecture activities, and ensure target architecture is executed properly per the program vision and requirements
    • Work closely with stakeholders, BAs, Agile leads, and solution architects to iteratively design, plan, and execute target architecture
    • Data architecture and design including collection, transformation, storage, and consumption
    • Ensure that technologies are appropriately and correctly implemented and applied
    • Verbal, written, and spoken communication skills targeting a full spectrum of potential IT audiences
    • DevOps pipeline tools including Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform, Git, Nexus, and Hashicorp Vault for deployment pipeline.
    • Terraform and Ansible for Infrastructure as Code based provisioning & configuration management.
    • GitHub, Maven (Nexus repository), AWS Elastic Container Registry (ECR), and Jenkins for version control, artifact management, and build management.
    • Nessus, CloudWatch (basic), and Nagios for monitoring
    • Hashicorp Vault for build/deployment time attribute management
    • DevSecOps principles and practices, i.e., IaC, CI/CD, Automation, 12-Factor App, ephemeral infrastructure
    • AWS GovCloud tools and technologies including AWS RDS, Lambda, OpenSearch (Elasticsearch), ElasticCashe for managed Redis Cache, ALB for load balancing, EC2, S3, Elemental MediaConvert, SSO, EventBridge, MSK for managed Kafka, KMS.
    • AWS GovCloud networking and application best practices, including container orchestration and serverless architecture
    • High availability, resilient, and low latency system architecture
    • Securing data at rest and in transit, DHS/ICE security guidelines and compliance
    • Relational Databases, i.e.,Oracle and/or PostgreSQL
    • Data exchange formats and protocols, i.e., JSON, XML, HTTP. REST, GraphQL, SOAP
    • Data exchange, message queuing, data streaming, and ETL processes, i.e., ActiveMQ, Kafka, JMS, Nifi
    • Data indexing, search, and analytics, i.e., Elasticsearch, Spark, Databricks, Delta Lake
