Job Title: Jr. Accountant 

Job Location: Secaucus, NJ

Work Schedule/Hours: Mon-Fri 9AM – 5PM

Job Type: Contract – 12 Months

Pay Rate: $20-$24/hr

We are looking for an Accountant temp for our Client to join their accounting team. This individual will work in close cooperation with other finance colleagues locally and in other US offices.

Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:

• Position will assist primary accounting staff with input of AR and AP records into SAP.
• Help to assemble back-up required for financial activities.
• Assist with all manual tasks required during New Sap Interface and implementation.
• Familiarity with SAP
• Familiarity with Excel
• Excel in a fast-moving environment, extremely detailed and organized.
• Quick learner and self-starter

Requirements:

• Must have 1-2 years general accounting or billing experience.
