    Job Title: SALES MANAGER, CISCO & MICROSOFT

    Job Location: HYBRID in Mid-town NY

    Job Type: Full-Time

    Pay Rate: $80K to $150K base + Commission (On target earning)

     

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Formulate go-to-market strategies encompassing target customer segments, products, promotions, pricing, positioning, and comprehensive launch plans.
    • Execute a strategic sales plan to expand the company's customer base and ensure a robust market presence.
    • Play a pivotal role in steering sales growth, fostering strategic alliances, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions and services related to Cisco and Microsoft.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients expressing interest in Cisco and Microsoft solutions.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential customers, capitalizing on Cisco and Microsoft technologies.
    • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including representatives from Cisco and Microsoft, partners, and customers.
    • Maintain an in-depth understanding of customers' business needs, strategies, and priorities within the portfolio.
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and the successful execution of projects.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitors to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
    • Host Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess Cisco/Microsoft performance and discuss joint initiatives.

    QUALIFICATION

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 8 years of experience with technology, MSP, consulting space, public sector customers
    • Must be a technical and hunter with proven track record in technology sales, particularly with Cisco and Microsoft products, able to drive growth.
    • A good understanding of Cisco and Microsoft technology stack and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
    • In-depth knowledge of the New York State market, including industry trends and customer needs.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
    • High level collaboration with demonstrated ability working in multiple teams in a large or complex environments such as multi time zones and geographies on deadline-driven schedules.
