Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year based on experience

Work Authorization: Must have permanent work authorization as we do not provide sponsorship.

Language: Must be able to read/write in both English and Mandarin

Note: Will be expected to travel to 3 different warehouses located within Los Angeles (Ontario, Fontana, and Rancho Cucamonga).

Job description

The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Chinese/Mandarin & English and be responsible for supervising warehouse operations within the Los Angeles area. These operations include shipping, inventory, delivery. Your goal will be to increase operational efficiency and ensure a safe environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Proficient with a Warehouse Management System(WMS) and Transportation Management System(OMS)
• Excellent understanding of Order-fulfillment and E-Commerce Logistics process
• Supervise the accuracy of shipments and receiving, using proper accuracy programs and systems.
• Experience with Shipping, Logistics, Inventory Management
• Supervise self and partner's warehouse daily to ensure that safety, security, laws, and policies are maintained.
• Ensures the most economical and efficient use of equipment and personnel to accomplish assigned work.
• Develops and maintains good working relationships with all departments and business partners.

Job Requirements:

• College degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or relevant on the job years of experience.
• Strong general knowledge of all warehousing operations, with prior work experience to include lead person or supervisory duties.
• Excellent supervisory skills and the ability to work with and through others to achieve desired results.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to read and interpret computerized reports.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in computer software (MS Word and Excel, especially).
