Position Description: We are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints. The customer service representative will be responsible for answering emails, provide product information, and help customers by being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly solve a customer's problem. Must be willing to listen, learn, and resolve any customer inquiry that Crown Sterling receives. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for tallying all the inquires and escalate to the relevant department. Duties and Responsibilities: · Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. · Responding promptly to customer inquiries. · Communicating with customers through various channels. · Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. · Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. · Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience. · Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. · Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. · Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. · Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. · Collecting data based on customers' experiences and reporting to the relevant departments. Requirements and Qualifications: · High school degree or equivalent · Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or related field desired · Excellent at communicating over the phone and handling phone systems · Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents or updating customer profile/accounts · Able to concentrate on multiple problems at once · Excellent time management and prioritization skills · Customer- focused for positive customers experience and resolution Benefits: · Dental & Vision insurance · Health insurance · 401k · Paid time off Schedule: · 8-hour shift · Day shift · In office/On-site
