    StratiFi Health is a family of companies focused on ‘Helping Independent Physicians Thrive’ by achieving the Healthcare Quadruple Aim: reducing healthcare costs, improving clinical quality, increasing patient satisfaction, and creating healthier physician practices. StratiFi Health’s Professional Services Organization (PSO) provides the following services to independent physicians: fractional CFO, operation optimization, information technology (on-premise and data center/hosting), and revenue cycle. StratiFi Health’s Accountable Care Organization (ACO), Catalyst Health Network, is a group of 300 primary care physicians across the DFW metroplex. Thrive Pharmacy Solutions, is StratiFi Health’s integrated pharmacy. Lastly, StratiFi Health has a senior care solution.

    To help practices achieve the Healthcare Quadruple Aim, StratiFi Health leverages information, data, analytics, and applications across multiple systems and sources to measure and change behaviors. The Web User Experience Developer will report directly to the Director of Business Intelligence and Technology.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following and other duties may be assigned:

    Recommends, designs, and implements best practice processes using technology, automation, tools, and industry standard metrics,

    Leverages, manages, and innovates with vendors, team members, and 3rd party relationships to implement solutions

    Works with company management to gather specifications and ensure solutions are delivered on time and to specifications,

    Assists in the architecting, designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence dashboards, scorecards, and reports

    REQUIREMENTS

    7+ years as a Business Intelligence Developer

    3+ years of healthcare experience with at least 2 years specializing in population health and claims data

    Deep understanding of ACO, MSO, CIN, and/or payor quality, population health, performance, and operational metrics

    Expert knowledge of using T-SQL and stored procedures in a Microsoft SQLServer environment

    Expert knowledge of creating reports with Microsoft SSRS, Tableau, Qlik, or similar environment

    Expert knowledge of quality assurance best practices in a business intelligence environment

    Expert knowledge of conveying information through visuals such as charts, graphs, tables, etc.

    Expert knowledge of database concepts such as tables, views, and indexes

    Expertise with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio

    Ability to create specifications from loosely formed ideas

    Ability to use healthcare expertise to interpret results and provide operational guidance

    Ability to effectively communicate findings and information to all levels of an organization

    QUALIFICATIONS / ADDITIONAL SKILL / APTITUDE:

    Strong problem solving skills

    Additional certifications such as Microsoft MCSE: Business Intelligence certification

    Ability to work on and prioritize work for simultaneous projects

    Bachelor’s Degree or higher
