ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES This position reports directly to the Director of Information Systems
Recommends, designs, and implements best practice processes using technology, automation, tools, and industry standard metrics,
Leverages, manages, and innovates with vendors, team members, and 3rd party relationships to implement solutions
Works with company management to gather specifications and ensure solutions are delivered on time and to specifications,
Assists in the architecting, designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes
REQUIREMENTS
7+ years as an ETL Developer
3+ years of healthcare experience with at least 2 years specializing in population health data such as lab, claims, and EHR.
Expert knowledge of using T-SQL and stored procedures in a Microsoft SQLServer environment
Expert knowledge of creating SSIS pipelines
Expert knowledge of quality assurance best practices in an ETL environment
Expert knowledge of C# to develop and enhance integration processes
Expert knowledge of database concepts such as tables, views, and indexes
Ability to create specifications from loosely formed ideas
Ability to effectively communicate findings and information to all levels of an organization
QUALIFICATIONS / ADDITIONAL SKILL / APTITUDE:
Ability to work on and prioritize work for simultaneous projects
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Additional certifications such as Microsoft MCSE a plus
