    StratiFi Health is a family of companies focused on ‘Helping Independent Physicians Thrive’ by achieving the Healthcare Quadruple Aim: reducing healthcare costs, improving clinical quality, increasing patient satisfaction, and creating healthier physician practices. StratiFi Health’s Professional Services Organization (PSO) provides the following services to independent physicians: fractional CFO, operation optimization, information technology (on-premise and data center/hosting), and revenue cycle. StratiFi Health’s Accountable Care Organization (ACO), Catalyst Health Network, is a group of 300 primary care physicians across the DFW metroplex. Thrive Pharmacy Solutions, is StratiFi Health’s integrated pharmacy. Lastly, StratiFi Health has a senior care solution.

    To help practices achieve the Healthcare Quadruple Aim, StratiFi Health leverages information, data, analytics, and applications across multiple systems and sources to measure and change behaviors. The Integration Developer will report directly to the Director of Information Systems.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Recommend, design and implement best practice processes using technology, automation, tools, and industry standard metrics,

    Leverage, manage and innovate with vendors, team members and other 3rd party relationships to implement efficient and cost-effective integration solutions,

    Work with company management to gather specifications and ensure solutions are delivered on time and to specifications,

    Assist in the architecting, designing, developing and maintaining integration solutions

    Other duties may be assigned

    REQUIREMENTS

    Bachelor’s Degree

    3+ years as an Integration Developer

    Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services

    Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server including T-SQL, stored procedures, view, tables, etc.

    Strong knowledge of optimizing staging and load processes

    Working knowledge with C# coding

    ETL in Azure cloud strongly desired

    QUALIFICATIONS / ADDITIONAL SKILL / APTITUDE:

    2+ years healthcare experience

    History of working payer claim data

    Strong communication skills

    Demonstrated problem solving ability
