Role and Responsibilities:
To provide support to Director of Marketing for StratiFi Health. This position must have excellent communication and time management skills. The Marketing Coordinator will assist in creation of social media campaigns, monitor online reputation, website analytics reporting, website content updates, and assist with event coordination. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator will support the department in brand management and adherence of corporate guidelines for both StratiFi Health and Catalyst Health Network.

Core Functions:
Support and manage StratiFi Health marketing processes
Coordinate multiple tasks and communicate with necessary team members
Support marketing initiatives that promote StratiFi Health services to new and existing clients
Assist in development of marketing initiatives such as social media management and reporting, website maintenance and reporting, blog posts, email marketing campaigns, case studies, podcasts,
Track and record time spent on marketing projects and client services
Represent StratiFi Health and its clients in the highest regard inside and outside the organization
Assist with monthly blog post for StratiFi Health website
Assist with website Content Management System (CMS) updates
Support in-house designer with creative requests, collateral, and brand management
Social Media, Content Marketing, Website Analytics
Expertise in navigating and growing social media platforms
Respond to customer feedback from social media channels
Coordinate social media campaigns and promotions
Experience Google Analytics reporting and management
Experience in film/audio/podcast editing a plus
Research and report on industry trends
Provide monthly social media, website analytics, and priorities reporting
Monitor and report on online reputation
Event Coordination
Coordinate hotel and trade show contracts, manage food and beverage menus, manage audio/visual needs, and coordinate equipment and signage
Research industry specific conferences and trade shows
Work with vendors, secure estimates, finalize billing at close of show
Prepare name tags, materials, notebooks, packages, registration, seating cards, etc.
Schedule events on appropriate calendars and internal systems
Support company volunteer and fun-committee events
Email campaigns, set up and contact list management
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; Marketing, Advertising, or Communication preferred
Self-starter with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong work ethic and the ability to overcome challenging situations
Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills
Sense of urgency in solving problems, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of MS Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong knowledge of Squarespace website content management system and social media channels
