Responsibilities: • Our Inside Sales Associates will SET in house appointments for you • You handle inbound leads in the Dallas Metro • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Meet with clients to determine their home wish list, then meet their needs and sell them a home • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers • Inside Sales Associates provide set listing and buyer appointments Qualifications: • MUST be a TEAM player • Must be goal focused • Enjoy high-performance environment • Must enjoy a team environment • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Self-motivation and drive • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • Technology-driven • MUST BE WILLING TO BE FOCUSED AND FUN IN THE WORKPLACE • If you are sales driven this is an amazing opportunity • Must be goal focused Compensation: $100,000+ Commission Based yearly
