• SOC Start of Care
• Evaluation
• Discharge / Re-certification

Qualifications

• Active (unrestricted) nursing license in the State of California
• 1 year (professional) nursing experience in Home Health
• VALID DRIVERS' LICENSE W/ CLEAN DMV
