Job Description
This position will be based in the Central or Western United States and will be responsible for supporting Affordable Care clinics, existing and new. This expanding, high volume, high dollar DSO requires the attention and support of a focused key account manager. This role must work closely with doctors, clinical staff and management in order to ensure the highest quality customer experience. This individual will focus on supporting the Straumann group implant brands from a surgical and restorative standpoint along with other supporting products. This role will also support the training of ACI clinicians at Neodent sponsored education events across the US.
Major Responsibilities of the Position: • Become proficient with Neodent, Straumann and Medentika products. • Execution of the established strategy for the account. • Work with the Neodent Territory managers to ensure ACI clinic is receiving appropriate service and support. • Coordinate and ensure the proper rollout of new products. • Participate in quarterly sales calls to update TMs on strategy, product launches and updates. • Routinely co-travel with TMs supporting ACI Clinics to provide coaching and support. • Identify opportunities to increase SOW (Share of wallet). • Promote milled solutions from Arlington to the doctors and lab managers in the clinics. • Provide ½ day training for doctors and staff at new clinics prior to their opening. • Support 1st surgeries in new clinics for Neodent. • Provide training and support for new doctors in existing centers. • Support digital workflow in the ACI Clinics. • Attend ACI conferences annually. • Partner with DSO team members to develop new business opportunities. • Other duties assigned.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or equivalent experience is required. Master’s degree preferred. • At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in a sales environment. • Prior experience in dental implant industry strongly preferred. • Demonstrated ability to effectively develop and support our DSO strategy. • Highly collaborative and a strong consensus builder, capable of exercising positive influence in driving outcomes and negotiating solutions. • Strong, solid written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to multi-task and work well under deadline pressure. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. • Demonstration of the player learner mindset. • Ability to learn and support new digital products and workflows.
Work Environment and Physical Demands: • Field based position working with and supporting many partners and stakeholders. • 70% travel required.
