    WHO YOU ARE**

    We are seeking a super talented Executive Assistant/Office Manager to work with our Creative Leads, CCO, and ECD. They will serve as a trusted advisor and confidant to the Creative Leads. They will be an executive admin assistant to the CCO and ECD and this person will also be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, event planning, administrative tasks, and additional ad hoc projects.
    They strive for operational excellence, have great drive, are comfortable dealing with ambiguity, are a structured thinker, and can execute flawlessly. They are analytical, kind, passionate, and charismatic. You have at least 2 years of experience working in an administration role or the service industry.

    We are based in the Empire State Building and work with the most iconic and admired blue chip clients. You will be required to work from our office two days a week and will be in close proximity to these clients at times. As such, you're extremely professional and polished, and you understand great client service/hospitality. ** _

    Responsibilities:_** **
    Executive Assistant Duties (70%):**
    -Completing timesheets.
    -Manage and reconcile expense reports, invoices, and receipts, and flag upcoming expenses for budgetary purposes.
    -Attend resourcing meetings.
    -Manage calendars when/if needed, which will include:
    -Exercising judgment and prioritizing complex schedules and tasks accordingly.
    -Working with project managers to create detailed schedules and set deadlines for various stages of creative projects.
    -While the leads will be responsible for booking their own travel, you may need to assist them from time to time.
    -Facilitate collaboration between the creative team, account, and project management teams.
    -Facilitate relationships with key creative and cross-functional partners and external vendors and contractors. **

    Office Management Duties (30%):
    **
    -Help with general office tasks, including but not limited to managing office supplies inventory, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring the office environment is clean, organized, and safe.
    -Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to office management.
    -Organize and manage organization-wide events, such as trainings, luncheons, or special events.
    -Assist with ad-hoc projects and provide support to management as needed. ** _

    -Outstanding communication skills ability to function well in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
    -Experience navigating and seamlessly executing complex calendar management.
    -Proactive ownership mentality, proven organizational skills, and strong attention to detail to execute at a high level with minimal direction.
    -Excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
    -Must possess strong administration/office skills, highlighting professional and polished demeanor, personable with a positive attitude, and high integrity.
    -Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ability to multi-task and be flexible in role. **

    The compensation package for this position includes an annual base salary range from $70,000 to $80,000 as of the date of this job posting, in accordance with the Pay Transparency Act in New York.
