    Job Description

    Working with members of our Chicago operation’s marketing and transaction professionals, we are seeking a DIGITAL & GRAPHIC DESIGNER FOR A SUMMER INTERNSHIP whose primary focus will be to create digital assets for multimedia and graphics projects, including photography, landing pages, drone/property/culture videos, animation, email and social media campaigns, and other interactive deliverables that promote and enhance the perception of Stream Chicago and its professionals in their respective market.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Stream’s creative professionals are industry experts in their craft. We are looking for a creative self-starter who wants to work in a fast paced and entrepreneurial office environment. We represent some of the most influential real estate owners and developers which will provide a great opportunity to grow your portfolio while gaining invaluable experience.

    What your day looks like:

    • Capture authentic photography and video (drone capabilities a plus)
    • Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing
    • Create video segments for application across multiple distribution channels
    • Grow and manage local social media platforms
    • Collaborate with marketing and transaction teams to develop cohesive messaging across mediums
    • Utilize exceptional design and conceptualization skills
    • Confidently communicate concepts and new ideas
    • Work both on and off-site
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Current student or recent graduate with degree in the design field
    • Experience in video production and editing
    • Exceptional knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud
      • Adobe Premiere Pro, Rush, After Effects, Spark
      • Apple Final Cut Pro X
      • Adobe InDesign, XD
    • Critical and creative thinker with excellent organization, project management, and communication skills
    • Ability to synthesize information from creative briefs and manage the creative process from concept to completion
    • Ability to work autonomously and effectively cross-manage multiple projects at one time
    • Ability to work collaboratively to discuss and determine best design strategy and approach given the context of any marketing project
    • Exceptional in translating creative strategy into creative direction with exceptional follow-through
